1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Oddigo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Oddigo is a football analytics platform that provides data-driven predictions and value analysis for football player performance markets. Features, supported markets, and data coverage may change as the Service develops.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Oddigo. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You must not share your account or use the Service on behalf of others
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit Oddigo's predictions or analysis
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

6. Subscriptions and billing

Eligible customers may start one seven-day Premium trial through Stripe. Payment details are required, but no subscription payment is taken when the trial begins. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the Premium subscription starts billing automatically at the price shown during checkout.

Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

Prices are displayed in GBP. VAT may apply depending on your location and will be shown at checkout where applicable.

7. Predictions disclaimer

Oddigo's predictions are statistical analysis based on historical data and mathematical models. They are not guarantees of future outcomes, financial advice, or encouragement to gamble.

You acknowledge that all betting decisions are your own responsibility. Oddigo accepts no liability for financial losses arising from the use of its predictions. See our Betting Disclaimer for full details.

8. Intellectual property

All content, predictions, analysis, models, and the Oddigo brand are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without written permission.

9. Service availability

Oddigo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Service may occasionally contain bugs, incomplete data, or temporary inaccuracies, and features may be changed, improved, suspended, or withdrawn as the platform develops.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oddigo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses from betting decisions.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@oddigo.co.uk.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
