Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9 August 2026

1. Who we are

Oddigo ("we", "us", "our") is a data-driven football analytics platform. This policy explains how we handle your personal data when you use our website and services at oddigo.co.uk.

2. Information we collect

Account information

When you create an account, our authentication provider (Clerk) collects your email address and, if you choose social sign-in, your name and profile photo from that provider.

Usage data

We collect privacy-friendly site analytics and a limited set of account-linked product milestones, such as starting a trial, opening a prediction, adding or logging a bet, returning on another day, and completing checkout. We use these events to understand whether the trial and core product journey are working. We do not record betting outcomes or stake amounts in product analytics.

Feedback

If you submit feedback through the app, we store your message, the category you selected, and your email address if you choose to provide one.

Payment information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your full card number. Stripe provides us with a customer ID and subscription status only.

3. How we use your information

  • To provide and maintain your account and subscription
  • To personalise your dashboard (favourite competitions, markets, players)
  • To respond to feedback or support requests
  • To measure trial activation, retention, and conversion
  • To improve the product through aggregated usage analytics
  • To send important service updates (e.g. changes to terms, billing issues)

We do not sell your personal data. We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.

4. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

  • Clerk — authentication and account management
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Vercel — hosting and performance analytics
  • Sentry — error monitoring (captures technical errors, not personal data)

Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data required for each service to function.

5. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Account-linked product events are deleted with your account. Aggregated or anonymous analytics may be retained indefinitely.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent for optional data processing

To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@oddigo.co.uk.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for full details.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, Content Security Policy headers, and secure authentication via Clerk. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use of Oddigo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
